Creating a Customer Account

To make purchases through the Website, the Customer must first create an account (“Account”) on the Website, as follows:
a) Before starting shopping on the Website:
Creating the Account by accessing the dedicated button. In this case, the Customer will complete the account creation form by providing the following information: email address (to be used for correspondence with MINA SOFIA LTD), first name, last name, phone number, and a password;
Creating the Account via Facebook. In this case, the Website will automatically collect the following information from the Customer’s Facebook account: first name, last name, email address, and the Customer will need to complete the phone number;
Creating the Account via Google. In this case, the Website will automatically collect the following information from the Customer’s Google account: first name, last name, email address, and the Customer will need to complete the phone number.

b) Before completing an order on the Website:
After the Customer adds a Product to the shopping cart and clicks the “NEXT STEP” button, the Website will request an email address, based on which the system will automatically create an Account. The password for this Account will be randomly generated by the Website.

MINA SOFIA LTD will confirm the creation of the Account by sending the Customer (at the provided email address) an email containing a link for changing the automatically generated password. If the Customer does not provide an email address, the Account cannot be created and, therefore, the order cannot be completed. If the Customer provides the email address but does not finalize the order, the email address and any data provided will not be stored, and the automatically created account will be deleted.
If the order is finalized, the Customer may later choose either to keep the Account (it then becomes a standard Account as described above) or to delete it.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account data, especially their password and associated bank information.
In case of lost or forgotten passwords, they may be regenerated by accessing the “My Account” section and entering the registered email address. A new password will then be sent by email. The password is strictly confidential.
The Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account and password and for all activities or conduct by themselves or any third party using the Account. The Customer agrees to immediately notify MINA SOFIA LTD of any suspected unauthorized use of the Account or possible security breach. MINA SOFIA LTD and its representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the Account by another person, with or without the Customer’s consent. The Customer will be liable for any losses caused to MINA SOFIA LTD or third parties through such use.
Passwords will not be used for online payments. They are used solely for account registration and order placement via the Website.
Customers must provide accurate, truthful, and complete data in the registration form and must update this data whenever necessary.
In cases of fraud or violation of applicable laws by the Customer, the account may be deactivated without prior notice, with MINA SOFIA LTD informing the Customer by email.
The Customer may request account deletion at any time via the “Delete Account” option in the “My Account Information” section. The account cannot be deleted between placing and completing an order.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE
The Website https://multisenzorial.com/ offers Products sold by MINA SOFIA LTD.
The Products offered for sale are accompanied by a description, allowing the Customer to be informed of the essential characteristics of the Products before placing an order.
Images used to describe Products on the Website do not represent a contractual obligation for MINA SOFIA LTD, as they are used solely for presentation purposes.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS
Product offers and prices displayed on the Website are valid as long as they are visible on the Website and subject to stock availability.
Simply adding Products to the shopping cart does not automatically validate the order, as it is possible that between the time of adding the Product to the cart and the time of order validation by the Customer, the Product(s) may become unavailable. MINA SOFIA LTD cannot be held liable for this.
If a Product becomes unavailable after being added to the cart, the Customer will be duly informed.
MINA SOFIA LTD may offer the Customer similar alternatives to the unavailable Product. The Customer may choose to add one of these alternatives to the cart or may refuse them.

PRODUCT PRICES
The prices of Products displayed on the Website are expressed in BGN and include all applicable taxes, except for shipping costs. Shipping costs will be communicated to the Customer before completing the order.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Website at the time the order is validated by the Customer. Prices include VAT, and any legal changes regarding VAT will be reflected in the Product prices from the effective date of the new regulation. Any other additional charges for specific Product categories will also be included in the displayed price.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
To place and register an order, the Customer must follow the instructions displayed on the Website. Before validating the order, the Customer will be provided with a summary of the order (number of items, total cost, and delivery address). The order is validated by clicking the “Complete Order” button.
Orders not validated by clicking “Complete Order” will not be fulfilled. Simply adding Products to the cart does not equate to order validation and does not create any obligation for MINA SOFIA LTD to deliver those Products.
The Website confirms the registration of the order by sending the Customer an automated email containing:
a list of ordered items,
Product prices,
delivery method,
delivery address,
shipping cost.
At this point, the sales contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of the order.
If the information provided by the Customer is insufficient for fulfilling the order, MINA SOFIA LTD may request additional details. The order will only be validated and the sales contract considered concluded upon receipt of the requested information. Failure to provide such information means the contract is not validly concluded, and MINA SOFIA LTD has no obligation to fulfill the order.
The Customer can track the status of their orders in the “Orders” section of the Website. The history of transactions between MINA SOFIA LTD and the Customer can be accessed at any time in the “My Account” section.

PRODUCT PAYMENT
Orders can be paid using the following methods:
Cash on delivery;
Online card payment.
All amounts paid online by card will be transferred by the payment processor into MINA SOFIA LTD’s account.
All banking transactions on the Website are carried out securely, with the payment processor ensuring payment security and protecting all personal data related to online payments.
For card payments:
Processing is performed by the payment processor, and MINA SOFIA LTD bears no responsibility in this regard;
The payment amount will be withdrawn from the Customer’s card once the payment is validated by the processor;
The delivery term for the ordered Product begins from the moment the online card payment is confirmed.
The time frame within which the issuing bank releases/credits the amount into the Customer’s account cannot be estimated or controlled by MINA SOFIA LTD and may vary from one bank to another and from one order to another.
If the Customer chooses cash on delivery, payment is made upon receipt of the Products at the delivery address.
MINA SOFIA LTD reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders/deliveries if payment is refused by financial institutions (when the Customer has chosen online payment or bank transfer), without compensation or prior notice.
All information required for online payment (card number, password, card expiration date) will not be stored on MINA SOFIA LTD servers but will be processed exclusively by the issuing banks.
The fiscal invoice for an online order will be issued electronically by MINA SOFIA LTD and will be available for download and printing within 4 days of receiving the order.
If a Product ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered for reasons beyond MINA SOFIA LTD’s control, the Customer will be informed, and the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Company became aware of the issue.
The Customer must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If unavailable, the Customer must appoint another person to accept delivery.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of delivery information before finalizing the order (street, number, building, apartment, floor, intercom code, postal code). MINA SOFIA LTD is not liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or other issues caused by errors in the provided delivery details.
Delivery is carried out by MINA SOFIA LTD through contractual partners (courier services). At the request of MINA SOFIA LTD or the courier, the Customer may be required to provide proof of identity with an official document and the order number.
The Customer or their representative must verify the Products and sign the delivery note, which will also include the invoice listing the delivered Products (name, quantity, price).
MINA SOFIA LTD commits to respond to all requests and complaints within 14 business days.

Event tickets fall under this exception, since they are a leisure service with a fixed date and time.
Therefore, purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due, wholly or partially, to a force majeure event. Force majeure refers to any external, unpredictable, absolutely invincible, and unavoidable event.
If the force majeure event does not cease within 15 (fifteen) days of its occurrence, either party has the right to notify the other of the cancellation of the order, without either being entitled to claim damages.
