How long does it take to receive my ticket?
Immediately after payment, you will be able to download your ticket in PDF format. The ticket will also be sent to your email as soon as we receive confirmation from the payment processor.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It is not necessary to print your ticket. A digital copy on your phone can be presented at the entrance for validation.
Is it possible to get a refund for my ticket?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be rescheduled for another date and are non-refundable. Please consult our Terms & Conditions for more information.
How early should I arrive at the event?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the event begins. This will allow you to get seated comfortably and enjoy the unique atmosphere before the performance starts.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we will accommodate you as best as possible. However, to minimize disruptions, you may be asked to wait or be seated at an appropriate moment during the performance. Please note that depending on the venue, entry may not be permitted at all once the concert has started.
